Dalian Bulluck Motors Company Limited, the first paid-up investment is RMB 55 million, is a Sino-foreign joint venture limited company. It is located in Lushun Economic Development Zone ,dalian,covering an erea of 64.665 thousand square meters with a building area of 37.041 thousand square meters. The transportation extends in all directions after the opening of YanDa Ferry (1.5 km away from BL). More than 40% of current employees have received advanced education and one fifth of them are represented by engineers. It includes professional & postgraduate from various overseas universities.
BL has invested nearly 140 machines and equipments, consist of CNC Feet Drilling Machines, CNC key milling machines，VPI and various testing equipments.
The product developments are inspired by co-operation between local and overseas motor specialists.Design tools include a computer aided design facility & a proven electrical design software package that allows engineer to quickly match Motor & load characteristics to provide the optimum solution.
The main products range output from 0.3kw up to 600kw，The body frames are available from 80mm up to 560mm. There are five main series in our current production line:
- Various wounded rotor three phase asynchronous motors ( Slip-ring motors)
- Various variable frequency three phase asynchronous motors
- Various three phase asynchronous Roller Table motors
- Standard three phase asynchronous motors
- Various three phase asynchronous crane and mining motors
50% of the products are sold to the overseas customers. They are mainly from Asia Pacific, Europe and America. High efficiency (EFF1) motors will be launched as a result of local and overseas customers’ requests and market research.
The quality assurance systems are approved to ISO 9001, which covers all company activities from design and development, to manufacture, sales and after sales service. It ensures the quality of materials, packaging and finished goods meet the agreed specifications.
